It should use a little less ram. * 0.99.8252d: Restored temp batch script creation and usage. The problem was ibiblio url is so long that system() cannot understand the very long command and throws a -1. Also HTTPGET.EXE got updated!! It now returns the res variable amount on sucess and error!
